There is now a catalogue available with a selection of Fine Art Giclée  prints taken of the paintings  from the Art Exhibition of Br Herbert Kaden’s work.
Each print  is produced on St Cuthbert’s Mill Somerset textured 225 gsm archival paper and  comes with a single mount, ready to frame plus a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Br Herbert Kaden.

Held every Thursday Evening at 7.45pm in the Garden Room of the Monastery. It is immediately after Compline at 7.30pm held in the Abbey Chapel to which you are also invited if you wish to attend. Tea/Coffee available after the 30 minutes meditation.

This is for people who have studied the Enneagram at Turvey Abbey or elsewhere. The group meets twice yearly, in the Spring and Autumn,  on a Saturday to share and develop their knowledge of the Enneagram, and appreciation and understanding of its practical application.

Suggested donation of £15.00 which includes tea and coffee, meetings run from 10.00am to 4.00pm. We also include a break for those who wish to attend Mass in the Abbey chapel.  Please bring a packed lunch.

New members who have studied the Enneagram are always assured of a warm welcome. In the first instance and for more information please email the group administrator Mairead at

creativity in actionTake a day out, JUST FOR YOU and spend it embraced by the tranquillity and rhythm of Turvey Monastery, exploring your creative self and enjoying a lovely lunch. We use a variety of creative practises in the morning to inspire our inner creativity. You may then choose to draw, paint or write, sew or just relax within the peace.Experience as an artist is not necessary, everyone is welcome of any faith or none. For the morning exercises some basic art materials will be provided. Please bring along your own preferred materials for the afternoon.



Saturday March 17th – making shapes using natural materials from the garden and fields led by Jane Roberts


Saturday July 14th – exploring our inner selves through craft work led by Amanda Goody


Saturday October 20th – calligraphy and zen tea ceremony led by Kayee


Saturday December 1st – working with clay led by Mandy Thurland
